Big Scallops Borders Anyone?

Wow today is Monday! the weekend goes fast, right? I had a busy day today! and I am just trying to upload a card I did, but the Photoshop is not working. Don't ask me but is just don't want to open!! So I tried with Paint (is not the same I know, but at least I can share it with you now!) I will try again later or tomorrow with Photoshop to get it better.

Do you love BIG scallops borders? I love them, so I do this scallops borders using my circle punch to get the look on my card! I cut 5 half circles with my punch and I glue them to my desingner paper then onto the card! I love how they looks and it was so much fun!! Do they look good to you? Have you try using the circle punchs for your scallops borders? I have done it here to create that circle scallop on that Wallhanging that I LOVE!! Get busy and create something with circles punch today! Is fun and easy!

A passion for mini cards and a tip!

Yes, if you know me you know that I love every kind of minis, I have been working with minis for a while (I have some projects that I haven't share with you yet, but are on my table *wink*). While I was looking for scraps for the Wednesday of Challenge this week (check here); I found a bunch of the tags that came with our paper collections! and I was trying to figure out another way to use them! So far I have use them for Scrapbooking layouts and cards. What about using them for my mini cards? and this was what I came with! I love them! and I plan to do more and more of this babies! They can be a great way to show appreciation and to embelish a little gift or a gift bag, and since I use Ordinary Greetings and Trendy Greetings the possibilities are endless with a lot of greetings to add on.If you have any other tip to use this precious babies (I can tell you that I have LOTS!!) please share with us!

I didn't forget and a FREE download

Hey! Do you think I forgot about the USE Scraps challenge? No, I didn't. Here is my card! I have lots of this scraps on my table since I use this awesome collection for my MC Club this past month! so I decided to use this scraps for my card. What you think? Wednesday of Challenge

I was supossed to post this earlier today! Because today is Damages' Season Finale! but stuff happens and you know there are days that things goes just wrong! and today was one of those days!!

But here I am! I was supossed to post the Blog Candy picture before because today was supossed to be a winner, since I didn't do that I am posting the picture today! (there are going to be a lil bit more than that but I am still working, **hint hint** some stamped images!! yeahhhhh!!) I will extend the Blog Candy until Saturday! and you say Saturday? March WOW Blogger - Special Guest

First, I need to apologize because I couldn't send to anyone the package for this month WOW blogger! I had a lot of stuff on my plate and I couldn't contact her on time so I just contacted her for April!! I am really sorry for this. BUT, I have a Special Guest Designer for you today!! Let me tell you the story, DH was out and arrive on Saturday, so my oldest daughter, Mariana, wants to do something special for him. She started asking for a lot of stuff! lol. She wants to do a wood frame similar to one I did for the living room, but I didn't have any of those here. I opened my closet looking for something that can WOW her (she is ) and I found that box!! she was WOW! "yes mom, that can work", lol!! she asked for some papers that looks masculine (she said blue, brown and kraft, yes I was like, what? and she told me you can find something here) so I looked and found the Winchester collection she agreed and I gave her one 5 X 7 of each 5 papers, and here what she did ALL by HERSELF!!! (I only help her looking for the words she ASKED! yes she placed the tags and flower and she asked me to look for a bid DAD (that fir that label) the AND (she founded) and the word US, is on that flower because US are Mariana, Rebeca, Gabriela and ME since we are girls that word have to be in something GIRLY! I was WOW! (you have to see her talking, she talks just like me, doing all king of thing with her face and hands) I love it! I am going to do a workshop with this project, lol! Well since I didn't have a WOW blogger for you I thought to picked her to be my WOW guess! can you leave some love for her? she is 9 y/o and LOVE to scrap and stamp with or without mom, lol! She is waiting to be 18 to sign up with TAC! can you tell? I guess that I will be done when that happen, lol!

I am sure she is going to love to read your comments! she don't know that I am doing this! so is a whole surprise!!

What you think? does she have talent or is only mom's eyes!! Well mom and DH because he was WOW with it as well, he told her tha she can submit it to a contest or magazine!! lol, so I guess we are proud of her!! I know we are!

Today is Little Cupcake Day!

Yes, Today is Blog Hop!! and look who is feature!! this cute stamp set!! is Little Cupcake!! yes one of Mabelle's new sets!! I know I have told you this before, but I am sooo happy to play more with it!!

Anyway about my project! If you know me you know that I love mini stuff! right? Well so I since I have done a couple of stuff with this Sweet set! I want to do something different! I started picking the images I haven't use that much! (the Cake in the base, the Lollipop and the candle)and I made this set of three mini cards (they are 3 X 4 and I love this size because you get 6 cards from a 12 X 12 cardstock, isn't that COOL?) Then I just have to pair it with the Mia's Cottage paper since this set is also designed by my dear friend Mabelle!! don't you love her designs? and if you get to know her you will love her as well!

What I did! For the first card, I stamped the cake with the base and then did paper piece with it so I can get that sweet image inside the square from Sweet goodies (yes, I eat cake today! lol), I colored it using my Impress Markers and add some stickles on it and I used pop dots for the image!, for the second card I used the Lollipop stamp (is so lovely!!) I colored it doing lines with the three colors I used and of course I add stickles too! this image was stamped inside the square using the mask technique!. For the third card I also did paper piecing (there was no way to stamp this one inside the square!) and mount it on pop dots. Please let me know if you have any question!

Go Green Project!

WOW! I have been lost, right? Well so much work to do! but I can tell you I have done a lot! including packing a bunch of paper and I also set aside another bunch to sale on a garage sale soon! why do we buy lots of papers? are we going to use all that? shhhhhhh don't tell DH! lol!

About the project! This was the theme for the Wingers project on Paper Wings: GO GREEN! so I used carboard (from a clean box), to create this little cute house! I love it!! is so cool! I used some Bazzill cardstock strips that you can get from TAC and the tree is from one of our Online Only stamp sets: Early Bird. I need to keep working so this is all for now! I am trying to take a picture of the Blog Candy (enter here) so stay tune!!

This mini album here was my Project for the Wingers DT on Paper Wings Angels Only Forum! It was a blast doing it! I enjoy it so much! it was done in an hour (including the pictures!) Is a really fun mini album! Can't wait to see your creation!

A card, blog candy and an update!

WOW!! TAC announced that the Fresh Spring Things kit is SOLD OUT!! I love that kit! and I think that everyone loves it too!! wohoooooo!! I am sorry if you haven't orders yours yet! because they are ALL gone!! that is sad, but since I like to see my water glass half full instead of half empty! is a good thing to know that we are getting our name out there!! every day more and more! Once in a while I get people what is The Angel Company? and I love to share TAC with others so getting this kind of respond to our FST kit it makes me HAPPY!!

I wish we can have more of those babies, but this is a good lesson for all of us, next time order yours as fast as you can! (yess, I got mine ordered last week, lol).

This card features one of the new sets from the magalogue: Beautiful Day and our Little Whimsy collection! those colors are perfect for this season, don't you think? I have some scraps here and there, so I used them!

I love this image! I love this set! Everytime I use it I want to eat a cupcake, don't you want one now? it looks sooooo yummy! This set is one of Mabelle's new sets on the Magalogue! I love her artwork, is always so whimsy! so magical just like her!

Welcome SPRING!

Yes!! my girls was all day celebrating the Spring Season, lol! Even when in Puerto Rico looks the same! here is not snow! not cold temperatures! but THEY love the Spring theme!! so here is a quick and easy card I did to celebrate the Season! We also bake a Bread Pudding that my girls love! and like they said we love to do it but better than that we love to eat it!! yesss they are sugar babies!! and love to eat sugar! lol! well is there a kid that doesn't like sugar? lol!

I got a Mystery Envelope!

The other day I was on a blog hop adventure! and I found a blog called Sisterhood of scrapbooking! and they were having a Mystery Envlelope thing!so to the first 5 or 7 that post a comment over there they were sending a mystery envelope to work with! yes!! I commented and I got my Mystery Envelope! it was really exciting!! Here is what I did with 3 pieces of patter paper (5 X 7), a piece of black trime (that thing is awesome!) two brads (I just used one). I add the cardstocks (kraft and green from Mimi) and the Edge Designs and No place like home stamp sets from TAC! of course!! This two sets are AWESOME for scrapbooking, if you love to stamp or if you are starting now! I recommend this two for sure! go grab them at my site!

I feel weird posting a lil bit of pattern paper non TAC! lol! but I really like the layout so I want to share it here!! Hope you like it as well! Yes, that's me and my dear friend and upline Jackie Baugrud!! at Seminar 2007, yes WE have a lot of fun on those events!! SHE ROCKS!! a big hug to you Jackie!

Can I share with you?

I hope so, becasue I need to share that yesterday I was blog hoping and I found that I was featured on Mischelle's blog!! (TAC's Founder and CEO). I was sooooooo excited! I called everyone on my family to come to my scrap room to see her blog!! My girls was soooooo happy and they hug me!!! lol! They love that card too and I got that set because that was the set THEY loves the most! (I love it, but they was all over it! they even told me that they can give me the money!!) so for them that was something BIG!! and for me, can you tell? oh well! I am just over the moon yet! lol!

Well about the card! I did this card for a challenge at Paper Wings. Is the Inspirational Challenge that I co-hosted with Mary, but now I am hosting the Scrapbook challenge and she is hosting this one and of course I need to do something right? I used the new Victorian Elements from TAC! don't you love this set, is sooooooo yummy!! Okay, about the challenge (I get distracted so easily, lol) was to be inspired with a picture of two lil chocolate cakes with mint filling, STOP please!! I am sooooo hungry now! lol!

I haven't share this with you!!

Oh! I can't beleive it! I thought I share this before, but I didn't!! anyway here it is! I finally organized the Memory Crafter Club "MCC" (I have been working back and forward with this project for a couple of months) but on January I sent my newsletter talking about it! and it is a HIT! everyone loves it!! I will share my suscribers comments if they let me do that, what you think? Anyway in a duh moment I haven't share it here (that's a good reason to suscribe to my newsletter, that way you have EVERYTHING! from me, lol). What is the MCC? is a monthly kit I am sending out the 25th of each month! What is there included? WOW! This is going to be short and sweet, lol! I don't know what is happening but my days are shorter than ever before!! I have no time to seat here and chat like I use to do!
