OMG! MIA since Mother's Day!

WOW, I can't beleive I couldn't enter to my blog for a whole week!!! I am sooo sorry about it. I changed to IE9 and it didn't let me publish!!!! so this post was suppose to be on last Monday!!

Here is the card my daugther gave me at Mother's Day, it was the MOST WONDERFUL mother's day ever! It was an amazing day from start to finish!! Love my family, they actually work hard to make it magical! They are all sooo lovely!

My daughter made an extra card so my DH has one to fill out! and she also helped my lil one to make me one!! Lots of details and they didn't want for me to COOK, but that is not possible!! I LOVE to cook and I LOVE to see their faces when I get the plates in the table, so that is a blessing they can't keep from me, lol!! I said to them, I know you want to impress me and to honor me today, but for me is an honor to cook for you, so out of the kitchen!!!! lol, we all laugh and have fun about it! They knew I couldn't seat and watch! Specially since I need to use my NEW Waffle Maker!!

WOW, no puedo creer que no había podido entrar a mi blog por una semana entera! Lo que sucedió fue que cambié a IE9 y no me dejaba publicar, este mensaje era del lunes pasado!!!

Aquí les comparto la tarjeta que me hizo mi hija para el Día de las Madres, que por cierto, fue el Día de las Madres mas maravilloso de la historia, jijiji! Fue un día increíble de principio a fin! Amo a mi familia, de verdad que se esforzaron realmente para hacer de este día uno mágico! Todos ellos son taaan especiales!

Mi hija hizo una tarjeta extra para que mi esposo me la diera! y también ayudó a mi chiquita a hacer la suya! Muchos detalles especiales para mi!! y no querían ni dejarme cocinar, pero eso no fue posible! Me encanta cocinar y me encanta ver sus caras cuando pongo los platos en la mesa, así que esa es una bendición que no me pueden quitar, jeje! Les dije, sé que me quieren impresionar y honrar hoy, pero para mí es un honor cocinar para ustedes, así que... fuera de la cocina!! jeje, todos nos reímos y divertimos con eso! Sabían que no podían decirme que me quedara mirando!! Especialmente cuando tenía que estrenar mi nueva waflera!

Espero que todas hayan tenido un maravilloso Día de las Madres y les deseo una excelente semana!

Changing Blog Design and a Card Share!

Have you check my new blog design? I've been trying to change all my blog design without investing in hiring someone to do it! I am not sure if is going to work, but I LOVE my new banner, lol!!! It's just sooo mee!!! I love the colors and the boldness about it, don't you?

Since I have received a couple of e-mails asking about it, I want to tell you that I did it with Photoshop Elements and Lettering Delights. It was pretty easy and fun! BTW, right now Lettering Delights is having a SALE!!! and if you want something go NOW, because the sale ends tomorrow!!! Most of their stuff is just $1 and the SVG's that you can use to cut with the MTC software are $2 the set! They have some super cute sets I know you will love.





Oh!! about the card, lol!! I color this image when I was packing and getting ready to move, I didn't have a lot of inspiration to create, but coloring with my Copics is really therapy, so I had time for that of course, I HAVE TO DO IT for my own good, lol!!

3 days 'til Christmas!

Isn't exciting just 3 days to celebrate Jesus!! This is going to be a short post because I need to finish a couple of things before Christmas, yeah I'm late, how you guess? Well, I want to share 2 other designs I did for my friends this Christmas hope they like them!!

I used the Vintage Holiday paper (again, I love it), Silhouette Nativity, Joy of Christmas and Spanish Sentiment stamps sets, scallop and circle punch and yess!!! I got my hands in a Martha Stewart's punch!! wohooooo!! (is kind of hard punching with this! do you have that same issue?, please let me know!)and the felt flower cut with my sizzix!!

A gift for a friend

I have been working real bad with a lot of things!! At least I finished with my dd's paperworks for homeschool this year and I sent everything already!! They did great!! and I'm so proud!! My lil daughter is going to Second Grade and she is only 5 and the oldest one she finished her grade in only 5 months!!!

Well here is a lil gift I did for a friend! hope she likes it! It was so much fun doing it!! I used 4 X 4 coasters and Genevive paper collection from TAC. I hope to share with you my niece's album, but I haven't the time to edit all the pictures, I hope to do it soon!!

I need a break!!

Wow, today was a hard day for me!! I woke up early because my parents were coming today to visit me with my nice that is going to move to USA!! on Monday! It was a hard time for us, but specially for my mother since we are planing to move away too!! then she is only going to have close the twins (boys) and their lil sister!! I don't want to think about that now, because I need to finish 38 kits for tomorrow morning!! so I need to run with this post!

I just want to share with you a I did for my niece! she graduates from Sixth Grade last Thursday! and I couldn't assist! I did also a mini album for her so she can save the graduation's pics!! Since the colors where dark pink and gold! I use the Mimi paper collection!! Here is just the Cover! because I have to keep working with tomorrow's workshop and I need to sleep too!!

Textures: I love them!!

Well today I was just monking around because my table was almost clean!! so she was almost screaming!! "I NEED STUFF ON ME" and of course I play a lil bit!! Here is the card I did! I play with my Swiss Dots embossing folder, and with some felt! and my sizzix dies and punces! the paper is from Bella Flor (Remember that this collection is just $10 while supplies last, and let me tell you is gorgeous and such a fun to play with it) and the Seminar Set, Just Dream!!

The reason of being MIA! (8 X 8 Album)

Wow!! I am soooooo sorry to be MIA for a whole week!! I've being working on my latest workshop (an 8 X 8 album with 20 layouts!!)

So as you can imagine work 20 layouts plus doing 25 kits (500 pages in total), it was really a lot of time! Thanks God I have a super special friend "Rosalyn" that helped me with this awesome project, she came to my house on Thursday to help me out plus she did the flowers for the Cover! YEAHHHHHHH she ROCKS!!!

Well here is the slide show (is the easier way to show this project, since is 21 pictures!) Hope you enjoy it as much as my friends and I did! It was such a great day; good friends, a great place and the bless of do what we LOVE!! I was in HIGH! another great thing about that day was that they finished the WHOLE album in less than 3 hours!!! I cut everything for them so they can finish in that time because I know how bad it is when you go to a workshop, pay for that and come back to house with an incomplete project!! that is soooooo wrong!!

My girls!! yes, a LO!!

Ohhh, yeah!! I have this photos for about a week on my table, but today I said, I have to scrap this! so I just start working with the card and the LO while DH was busy reading some articles! on his research for the book he is writing (you know I am his secretary, so if he needs my help I have to leave my projects!)

I was trying to do a Double LO but with only two pictures I prefer to do a Single one! this was at a Mall in Texas during our vacations! I love to take pictures at every moment and during the days I was at Seminar when I went to my room I start looking at all the pictures, I sure missed them! and the little things are just BIG moments when we are far away!
