Yes, I had to visit some goverment's agencies and that is a mess! Yesterday I spent three hours at the Police General Department and have no luck getting what I need so I had to go today again! One hour later I got it! Then I went to the Health Department and that was another issue! I felt like I have being there for weeks!! At least I can create something, is a pretty simple card, but at least I feel a lot beter now!
