August Card Club Featured Set!

Here is the third card I created using the August Card Club Featured set "Happy Leaf", I used this color combo because I love pink, aqua and purple and of course you know that I love kraft cardstock, plus that black and white polka dots ribbon, gives it the puff I love!

Esta es la tercera tarjeta que hice con el set del Club de Tarjetas de Agosto de TAC: "Happy Leaf", usé esta combinación porque me encanta el rosa, el aqua y el violeta, jeje! Además saben que me encanta el cardstock kraft y la cinta blanca y negra de puntos le da el "puff" que me encanta, jeje!

Just Beautiful!

I really, really like this stamp set, it's called: Beautiful Lace and it's sooo beautiful, don't you think! Lots of possibilities too! vintage, wedding, girlfriends, christmas and so much more! It's sooo versatil and lovely!

I will keep it short since I have a lot to do today!! Have a wonderful weekend! Don't forget to check the Saturday Spotlight and Inspirational Sunday!

Me encanta este set, se llama: Beautiful Lace y es tan bellooo!!! Tiene tantas posibilidades "vintage", boda, para las amigas, navidad y mucho, mucho más! Un set muy versatil y hermoso!

One of my Seminar's Swap Designs!!

I love, love this image from Vintage Rides!! Since the first day this image was post it, I felt in love with it!!! It brings some memories to me and I wasn't a bike girl! (I used to skate, yessss, it's true, but you can laugh even to me sounds funny, but I was good at it!! seriously good, lol!!) okay back to the image! This set it's a great one because it gives you lots of opportunities! great for kids, for girls, boys, Dad, Mom, for everyone!

Since I wasn't planning to do anything with it, I didn't design anything special, but Saturday before Seminar (I left on Wednesday morning) I got it and I have to use it! So I went through the simple, smart, sophisticated motto! Just stamp it, mat it and add the polka dots from the Background Soup set and add the flower! What do you think?

Me encanta muchas veces esta imagen del set Vintage Rides!! Desde el primer día que pusieron este set, me enamoré de el! Me trae tantos recuerdos y no era una chica de bicicleta!!! (realmente lo mío era patinar, siiii!! es cierto, pero te puedes reir, jijiji, hasta a mi me parece gracioso, pero realmente era buena patinando, jijiji) okay de vuelta a la imagen! Este set es fabuloso porque te ofrece muchas oportunidades! bueno para niños, niñas, Papá, Mamá, en fin para todo el mundo!

Como no estaba planificando usar este set para el seminario, pues pensé no me llegaría a tiempo, no diseñé nada especial con el, pero el sábado antes del Seminario (yo salí de aquí el miércoles en la mañana!) lo recibí y tenía que usarlo, jijiji! así que me fui por el lema de TAC "simple, smart, sophisticated" Solo estampé, le hice el matting, estampé los puntos del Background Soup a la base y le añadí la flor, tada!! ¿qué te parece?

I am so sorry for been MIA!

I can't beleive I have been sooo much time absent from here. I have to tell you that I will LOVE to update here every day, but some days are really, really busy lately and with the new semester just around the corner I guess it will be harder! but we will see what I can do to manage not let you that much time without knowing a bit about me.

Here a quick card I did with an image I had already colored sitting on my table for a bit of time, lol! I hope you like it!

PS Tomorrow I will be anouncing the Winner of the Girly Challenge for Sony's Celebration, I know she sent me the ones she picked, but I have LOTS of e-mails without read and I have to get there to find Sony's e-mail or I will have to ask here to send it again!!! ohhhhh, I will tell you soon, why I am sooo busy.

No puedo creer que ya va tanto tiempo ausente de aquí! Les tengo que decir que a mi me FASCINARIA entrar a diario, pero estos últimos días han estado super ajetreados y con el nuevo semestre ya casi al comenar se imaginarán! pero veré como hago para que no pase tanto tiempo sin actualizarles sobre mi!

Aquí les comparto una tarjeta rapidita que hice hoy (para despejar la mente!) con una imagen que tenía en la mesa previamente coloreada, jeje! Espero te guste!

A challenge for Sonia's Studio 60!

My dear friend Sony! asked me to host a challenge for her Birthday Celebration at her blog and ofcourse I said YES!! I love Sony and I love challenges, so it was an easy YES, lol!

For this challenge you just have to do some Girly Mini Cards (not necessary to be PINK or childish, just girly!) and if you can incorporate the birthday theme, that will be awesome BUT not required! The project you see here it's a set of girly birthday's mini cards! and back yo can see an easy and simple mini layout. When Sony asked me she suggest some differents themes/projects and I was sooo tempted to do them all, lol! She suggest: girly, mini cards, from card to crop and birthday of course! and this is my final product, I hope she likes it!

I guess you want to know if there is a prize for the winner! of course there is!! so be sure to post your project because you can be the winner of a Surprise kit designed by me!! that is the 1st prize and we will also choose two more winners that will get a Mini Surprise kit! I will try to post pictures later, it's soooo hot here that I have to go for a bit!

Mi querida amiga Sony me pidió que hiciera un reto para su celebración de cumpleaños que está haciendo en su blog! Yo quiero muchísimo a Sony y me encantan los retos, así que por supuesto le dije que si!! Fue un siii super fácil, para mi un honor!

Para este reto, sólo tienes que hacer unas mini tarjetas bien "girly" (no tienen que ser ROSA o de niña, simplemente femenina) y si pueden ser de cumpleaños mucho mejor (así ya tienes para un próximo regalo, jeje, PERO no es requerido!). El proyecto que hice es un set de mini tarjetas de cumpleaños bien "girly" y atrás puedes ver un mini layout super sencillo y fácil. La razón es que Sony me sugirió varios temas y no supe que escoger, jeje! Los temas sugeridos fueron: mini tarjetas, "girly", cumpleaños, de tarjeta a scrapbook! así que pues traté de hacer un poquito de todo, espero les guste!

Me imagino que quieres saber si hay un premio, verdad? pues, claro que sí! Así que no dejes de participar, la ganadora recibirá un Kit Sorpresa y además escogeremos dos ganadoras más y cada una recibirá un Mini Kit Sorpresa diseñado por mí! Pronto compartiré las fotos, hoy está haciendo tanto calor que no puedo seguir aquí, jeje!
