New Creation Stamp!

I love this stamp set, New Creation!! I played with it at Seminar and it was in my first order!!! It's a really good stamp for quick cards and more time consuming as well. At the beginning I thought it wasn't for me, even when I really like it, but thought it was going to be a pain to create with it, lol! but I was wrong! Here I just use a bit of chalk in the butterfly and the words Christ and Creation and Copic makers for the butterfly and the "the new has come" highlighting! the rest is with the Memento Desert Sand ink (I am in love with this ink!!) and a sponge! Really easy to do! and very quick as well!

This is another card I started at Seminar and change the design a bit! I just ran out of my adhesive and have to bring it home unfinished! Hope you like it!

Este set "New Creation" me encanta!! A la verdad que jugar con los sellos antes de comprarlos es un éxito, jeje! Este set me encantaba, pero pensé que sería practicamente super complicado para trabajar y no lo pedí hasta que jugué con el en el Seminario!!! Super sencillo, sólo usé tiza en la mariposa y las palabras "Christ" y "Creation" (azul) y marcadores Copic en la mariposa y las palabras "the new has come" (naranja), lo demás fue con la tinta "Desert Sand" de Memento que me encanta!! y una esponjita! Super fácil y rápido!

Esta fue otro de los "makes and takes" del Seminario que cambié y terminé en casa, jeje!! Es que me quedé corta con el adhesivo y me las traje sin terminar! Espero te guste!

Coloring with Chalks!

I haven't use my chalks in a long time, oh well more than a year ago, last time I used them it was stamping with versamark and coloring with the chalks! At Seminar we did a couple of projects using chalks, this is one of them!

At Seminar I didn't have the refill for my ATG so I just colored the images there and then I put them together last weekend at a crop I went! Yeahhh, my first crop here!! This card was supposed to be a square card with a black cardstock, but I decided to use the image for a regular card! and here is what I finally did! Love the saying in this stamp, don't you? it's one of the hostess sets: Live Simply!

Hace tiempo que no usaba las tizas para colorear, hace mas de un año exactamente!! Recuerdo que la última vez que las usé fue estampando unas ramas con versamark y colorié con las tizas, me encata ver como van apareciendo los colores, jijiji! En el Seminario, algunos de los proyectos usaron tiza para colorear y éste fue uno de ellos!

Allá no terminé casi ninguno de los proyectos, pues solo me llevé un refill para mi ATG y no me llevé ningún otro adhesivo, así que lo que decidí hacer fue colorear lo que no podía hacer en casa (pues NO se donde dejé las tizas, jajaja!) y la terminé en mi primer crop acá!! WohoooO!!! siii fui a mi primer crop acá y lo aproveché muy bien!! Esta tarjeta se supone fuese cuadrada, pero decidí usar solo la imagen y hacerla en una tarjeta de tamaño regular (A2), a mi me encanta lo que dice esta imagen, "trato de vivir simple, pero el drama me sigue a todas partes", no les parece fabulosa? es uno de los sets de anfitriona: Live Simply!

Tutorial at Scrapéalo!

As I told you yesterday my first tutorial and project for Scrapéalo it's here! You can go there to check more about it! I did a PDF document and a short, short video for it (I didn't find the Flip and my internal memory just have 1 minute for video, today I found the flip, DH bought a cover for it and he as a great organize guy put it inside of it as soon as he came home! I was looking outside of it, hey why you need to put in inside?, lol!

Como les dije ayer mi primer tutorial y proyecto para el blog de Scrapéalo ya está aquí! Si quieres ver más sobre el proyecto ve aquí, preparé un documento en PDF y un corto, cortito video mostrando los pasos!(no encontré mi flip y la memoria interna de mi cámara es de sólo 1 minuto!!! luego encontré mi flip, es que mi esposo le compró un estuche y como un chico muy organizado la guardó dentro del estuche desde que llegamos a la casa, yo la estaba buscando fuera del estuche, para que guardarla, jeje!!)

Espero disfruten mi primer proyecto para Scrápealo!
